This renovation was done to tidy up the house as it was looking a bit tired and the deck and Conservatory were at the end of their time.
We removed the upper deck and Conservatory and built a new deck. The wall between the lounge and kitchen was removed and a beam put in to hold up the roof. Both bathrooms had full renovations and new kitchen was installed.
With a full interior and exterior paint this house is now set for the new owners to enjoy.

Your project manager will also manage the subcontractors, ensuring the only tradespeople working on your home are tradespeople we trust and have carefully vetted.
At the end of your renovation project, we go through a multi-point checklist to identify problems, however minor. These problems are added to a snag list which our team methodically corrects until everything is complete.
