This was a large renovation adding a first floor with master bedroom walk in wardrobe and ensuite. This one had to have a full wrap so the work could be done in all weather conditions. The existing house was renovated with a new bathroom and kitchen and full paint inside and out. At the same time a swimming pool was added we had to excavate solid rock to get it in, and a new deck was added.

This process includes appointing a project manager to your renovation who regularly checks the standard of work being delivered by our team. Your project manager will also manage the subcontractors, ensuring the only tradespeople working on your home are tradespeople we trust and have carefully vetted.

At the end of your renovation project, we go through a multi-point checklist to identify problems, however minor. These problems are added to a snag list which our team methodically corrects until everything is complete.
