This was an interior and exterior job, the exterior job was to excavate down and fit retaining walls and a concrete slab to fit a swim spa 1.1m into the ground so it was easy to get in and out of. We also added a set of stairs to the first floor deck with new decking around the pool and on the first floor deck.

The interior had a built in spa pool in the half hexagon shaped room this was removed and an interior wall was also removed to make a second living area.

At the end of your renovation project, we go through a multi-point checklist to identify problems, however minor. These problems are added to a snag list which our team methodically corrects until everything is complete.
