Our Quality Control Process

We back up our guarantee with a well-established quality control process that ensures quality throughout every stage of the build.

This process includes appointing a project manager to your renovation who regularly checks the standard of work being delivered by our team. Your project manager will also manage the subcontractors, ensuring the only tradespeople working on your home are tradespeople we trust and have carefully vetted.

At the end of your renovation project, we go through a multi-point checklist to identify problems, however minor. These problems are added to a snag list which our team methodically corrects until everything is complete.
